Chocolate and Strawberry Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
500g full fat greek yoghurt
3 - 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
3 - 4 tbsp honey
7 strawberries, sliced very thin and small
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
Instructions:
Add the yoghurt, raw cacao and honey into a bowl (add 3 tbsp of honey and cacao first, taste test and adjust amounts according to your preference).
Mix and stir around.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the baking tray and spread evenly across the tray.
Top with some strawberries and coconut.
Place into the freezer for around 2 hours or until frozen.
Once frozen, break up into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Top Tip
The recipe makes 8 portions. The remainder can be stored in the freezer for at least 1 month.
