Chicken Caesar Salad (MC)

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken fillet  

  • 2 bacon slices  

  • 1 bowl of iceberg lettuce  

  • 2 tbsp parmesan flakes (1.5 Aus tbsp -30ml)  

  • 3 tbsp of croutons (2.25 Aus tbsp -45ml)  

  • 1 heaped tbsp of real caesar dressing (+ 0.75  Aus tbsp -15ml)  

  • Black pepper and herbs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Begin by grilling/baking chicken fillet and  bacon slices. 

  2. In a bowl add the lettuce, parmesan, croutons  and dressing. 

  3. Mix around until all salad is covered in  dressing. 

  4. Add some seasoning if desired, such as black  pepper or herbs. 

  5. When chicken and bacon are ready, slice and  add to salad then serve.
