Blended Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g porridge / oats

  • 4 tbsp of frozen berries

  • 80ml milk

  • 85g full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp almond butter or 1 tbsp regular almonds / nuts, roughly chopped

  • 1 tsp chia-seeds

  • ½ banana

Instructions:

  1. In a blender add the oats, frozen berries, milk, yoghurt, honey and almond butter or roughly chopped nuts.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into a jar or container.

  4. Add chia-seeds then mix through.

  5. Pop into the fridge overnight.

  6. Serve with sliced banana in the morning.
