Blended Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
40g porridge / oats
4 tbsp of frozen berries
80ml milk
85g full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp almond butter or 1 tbsp regular almonds / nuts, roughly chopped
1 tsp chia-seeds
½ banana
Instructions:
In a blender add the oats, frozen berries, milk, yoghurt, honey and almond butter or roughly chopped nuts.
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a jar or container.
Add chia-seeds then mix through.
Pop into the fridge overnight.
Serve with sliced banana in the morning.
