Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
½ apple
40g (½ cup)(¾ oz) of oats,
2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp – 30ml) Greek yoghurt, full fat
1 handfuls of raspberries
1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
1 tsp of sunflower seeds
1 tsp of chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
1 cup of milk
Instructions:
Start by grating the apple or slice it into very small pieces.
Then add all the ingredients into a bowl.
Mix well and transfer into a jar and place into the fridge.
Next morning, take them out of the fridge and enjoy!
