Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • ½ apple

  • 40g (½ cup)(¾ oz) of oats,

  • 2 tbsp (1.5 Aus tbsp – 30ml) Greek yoghurt, full fat

  • 1 handfuls of raspberries

  • 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp of sunflower seeds

  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of milk

Instructions:

  1. Start by grating the apple or slice it into very small pieces.

  2. Then add all the ingredients into a bowl.

  3. Mix well and transfer into a jar and place into the fridge.

  4. Next morning, take them out of the fridge and enjoy!
