Berry Crumble with Greek Yoghurt
Ingredients
40g oats
½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, can substitute with vanilla essence)
10g butter
50g frozen mixed berries
½ tbsp maple syrup
2-3 tbsp water
2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Mix together oats and protein powder with
butter and a little water if needed.
Bring it together to a soft crumble texture.
Place berries and maple syrup in the bottom of an oven proof dish and mix well.
Top with crumble mix.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Serve topped with full fat Greek yoghurt for a protein boost.
