I wanted to dive into my personal choice around choosing to stop drinking alcohol. This is an episode that has been requested a lot so I hope you enjoy hearing a bit more about this decision. 

One key point about this episode is that I am not anti alcohol, once you listen you will understand that for me social drinking was not an option anymore. I do believe that we live in a culture that revolves around alcohol and that isn’t always a good thing. However I do believe in having a little bit of everything in your life if that's what you desire.
