Crackers and Toppings
Snacks
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
2 wholegrain crackers
(Topping options for 2 crackers)
1/2 avocado
few chili flakes
2 thin spreads of cream cheese
2 thin spreads of jam
2 thin spreads of peanut / nut butter
1/2 sliced banana
72g (sm tin) of tuna
1 heaped tsp mayo
black pepper
Instructions:
Avocado Topping - Mash avocado and spread on crackers, top with some chili flakes
Cream Cheese Topping - Spread thin layers of cream cheese on crackers, then top with thin layer of jam
Nut Butter Topping - Spread thin layers of nut butter on crackers, then top with thin slices of banana
Tuna Topping - Add tuna to a bowl, season and add mayo. Spread tuna mixture over crackers
