Crackers and Toppings

Snacks

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 wholegrain crackers

    (Topping options for 2 crackers)

    • 1/2 avocado

    • few chili flakes

    • 2 thin spreads of cream cheese

    • 2 thin spreads of jam

    • 2 thin spreads of peanut / nut butter

    • 1/2 sliced banana

    • 72g (sm tin) of tuna

    • 1 heaped tsp mayo

    • black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Avocado Topping - Mash avocado and spread on crackers, top with some chili flakes

    Cream Cheese Topping - Spread thin layers of cream cheese on crackers, then top with thin layer of jam

    Nut Butter Topping - Spread thin layers of nut butter on crackers, then top with thin slices of banana

    Tuna Topping - Add tuna to a bowl, season and add mayo. Spread tuna mixture over crackers
