Berry Crumble with Greek Yoghurt

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 40g oats

  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 50g frozen mixed berries

  • ½ tbsp maple syrup

  • 10g butter

  • 2-3 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.

  2. Mix together oats and protein powder with butter and a little water if needed.

  3. Bring it together to a soft crumble texture.

  4. Place berries and maple syrup in the bottom of an oven proof dish and mix well.

  5. Top with crumble mix.

  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.

  7. Serve topped with full fat Greek yoghurt for a protein boost.
