Strawberry and Vanilla Thickshake

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
160ml milk of your choice (no added sugar if using plant based milk)
3 tbsp oats
2 tbsp full fat greek yoghurt
1 frozen banana
4 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or drop of vanilla essence
1 tsp flaxseed
Instructions:
Prep Work:
Peel banana, slice into chunks and place into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas and always have them in my freezer)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
