Strawberry and Vanilla Thickshake

Breakfast, Snacks

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 160ml milk of your choice (no added sugar if using plant based milk)

  • 3 tbsp oats

  • 2 tbsp full fat greek yoghurt

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 4 fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or drop of vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp flaxseed

Instructions:

  1. Prep Work:

    Peel banana, slice into chunks and place  into freezer the night before (I prefer to slice up a few bananas  and always have them in my freezer)

  2. Directions:

    Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
