Avocado & Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
2x 5oz. (145g) can tuna, in brine, drained
½ apple, diced
1 stalk celery, sliced
½ red onion, diced
1 avocado, cubed
½ lemon, juice only
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve on a piece of toast, as a filling or on its own.
