Pineapple and Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 rings of fresh or tinned pineapple

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

  • ½ banana

  • ½ tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger or (½ tsp fresh grated ginger)

  • ½ tsp honey (or maple syrup) (optional)

  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional)

  • Pinch of black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
