Pineapple and Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 rings of fresh or tinned pineapple
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
½ banana
½ tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
¼ tsp ground ginger or (½ tsp fresh grated ginger)
½ tsp honey (or maple syrup) (optional)
½ cup ice cubes (optional)
Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
