Cherry-Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 200ml milk (of your choice)

  • 8-10 frozen cherries

  • 1 tsp instant coffee (or brewed coffee, cooled)

  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Note: Advanced Prep - Peel, chop and freeze the banana.
