Hi! I’m Anna Wallace, BSc, ANutr, and I’m so excited to support you in finding your happy place in your body, that space where you feel confident, healthy, and energised again.
I used to be the biggest yo-yo dieter jumping from one plan to the next, losing weight only to gain it back. I tried it all… laxatives, the cabbage soup diet, even that dreaded Special K challenge. I felt completely stuck.
That’s what led me to study Food and Nutrition at university, a personal quest to finally understand how to fuel my body properly. What I discovered changed everything. I lost the weight, and I’ve never gained it back.
Today, I’m a degree-qualified Registered Associate Nutritionist and have been coaching women for over 10 years, helping more than 50,000 clients worldwide break free from yo-yo dieting, achieve sustainable fat loss, and feel amazing in their skin.
Through a blend of flexible nutrition, behavioural change strategies, and expert coaching, I help women create a healthy lifestyle that truly lasts.
